unsolicited calls

Phone rang, when I picked it up I could hear ringing like I had called someone. I said "hello" once, no reply. Hung up. Googled number, ended up here.

Didnt answer the call

Received a call at 8:45am, Tuesday March 20th from 402-930-3659. I answered with my usual business name and greeting. The man on the phone asked if 'x' was my address and I said yes. He said "Does your street address have any more details?" I responded with "What is this about?" He said he was calling on behalf of Yahoo Canada Business Directory and needed to update my listing information. I confirmed my information (which is all available on my website anyway). The questions were "What is your street address", "What is your mailing address", "What is the owners name", and "How many employees do you have". After answering the questions the man simply said "That is all we need" and hung up.Odd ...

got a call today showing 402-930-3659. I let the machine pick it up. A woman's voice said "radiator output hose?" then hung up. Makes no sense to me, this is a health care office.

I have 3 phone lines at my business, and 2 of them rang simultaneously, and I answered line one, "Harris Sales"... the lady who called said, "I'm sorry, I've dialed the wrong number". I hanged up and answered line 3, and said, "Hello"... another lady said, "I'm sorry, I've dialed the wrong number". Two ladies calling two different lines at the same business. Strange.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from "C.C.S." asking for the owner of our business, my husband, who's name he knew. I said "He is unavailable can I please take a message?" He said "No, I'll call later." and he immediately hung up. About ten minutes later another call and a woman said she had the wrong number and hung up. A reverse search on the number says it's in Omaha, NE. but no other info is available.My husband never heard of them...I wonder what scam they're selling?

Received a call from 402-930-3659, I answered with our business name and they said "Sorry wrong number" and hung up. Right after that I received another call on our other business line got the same thing. A minute later phone rang and when I answered it was ringing when they answered I gave our business name and they did the sorry wrong number and hung up again. I had 3 calls in less than three minutes.
