This is a call girl service:) they are based out of ca, it is a way to verfy the card! I found out for sure when it said candancesale.

Did not receive a phone call, but checked my online checking account and was mortified to see charges from Skype as well as paypal. I've never used either one, and I'm out over $400. This was the same phone number everyone else is reporting. I don't think I'll ever use my card again to charge anything. I'm a little more than ticked off right now, and I want to make sure I don't do anything to let these #$@@!! get my info again.

Paypal took $1200US out of my bank account with out my knowledge. When I called paypal at this number they flat said to me that i was lying and this money never came out of my account. so then I contacted they RCMP Commercial Crimes division and they told me that this happens all the time with paypal. The RCMP did an invistgation have since charge paypal with thift under $5000, Eletronic Check fruad and Bank fruad involving unauthorized use of funds. I was smart enough to record all calls with paypal, even the one where they called me and I quote "Your a f*cking lier, Why are you wasting my time?" and "Why don't you get a job instead of try get money out of us?" Well cleary I have job if I have $1200US kicking around my account!!! what a crooked company that is!! never again will I ever allow a company like that access to my bank account! its clear that nobody montiors these companies. So now I use a differant company like this that only has a pre paid credit card, a hotmail account setup just for them and a pre paid cell phone number. I was one of the few that was able to recover my money due to a good lawyer and the charges being laid against them! DON'T LET THIS SCAM COMPANY TAKE YOU!

This is a scam. The called wanted to talk only to me, using my name. Sounded ligit, as if a bank was called. I refused to verify that I was indeed the person being called and told the caller, "You have my email address at PayPal. Send me an email." And they promptly did but in review of the email, it was not from PayPal.com but from Payil.com. There was a warning of fraudulent activity in my account (and I have no such account) and that I should fill in the attached form (looking for security/personal info) before "my account" would be once more accessible.A scam.

it is common for thieves to use online stores for fruad, less risk, they dont have to go to a store to make the purchases, and when mailed if it doesnt come, then it doesnt come. a former employer had his company ccinfo stolen 4 times, found out 2 were because of a employee at one of our suppliers, 1 was an incident were his info was stolen from another company's computers, and one was a former employee made a photocopy ofhis card, 3 of those 4 they were used to buy stuff via ebay/paypal and thefouth used yahoo auction (now defunct). at first my boss was pissed atpaypal because he thought they were defrauding/scamming him but we eventually found out it wasnt ebay or paypal, they were innoncent pawns inthe scams too... BUT irregardless, i have heard of, and seen times when paypal has usedpoor to immoral and probly illegal business practices, so personally iwill use my card to purchase via ebay/paypal but wont 'verify' or give them my bank info, if a seller on ebay wants a paypal confirmed accounti just wont buy from them.

I believe this all appears to be linked to a keystroke logging trojan ... everyone needs to scan their computer ASAP!!!! Don't buy antivirus software over the Internet with a credit card because I believe this is how I got ripped for $1,500+ this evening! My CC # was logged! I called my bank and immediately cancelled my debit card, but the damage has been done. Now I'm completely broke until next payday!!!! What a HORRIBLE gut feeling :-( Trend Micro has a free online scan, but for the first time ever, it didn't detect all the trojans. I got Norton360 and it says it cleaned up 5 other trojans.SCAN FOR TROJANS IMMEDIATELY!!!! Don't type CC # on a live connected PC!!
