I have three lines like this:5/11/2009 PAYPAL 4029357733 CAUS Tran Date/Time: 05/07/2009 00:16:04 $1.00It shows up as Pending. The previous two showed as Pending but never showed up as Posted. The weird thing is the $1.00 from each transaction not posted was not returned. Right now I have only lost $2.00 but am worried that this is just to see if the process works for the scam. I just placed another money transfer from Paypal to see if it happens again. This all started after selling something on ebay to a person in New Zealand. The buyer had me send the item to Arkansas.

I had two charges on my card that I was skeptical about and wanted to research those transactions. I googled the number but was left with nothing. I soon remembered making these charges distinctly but I know I didn't use Paypal. So, I came to the conclusion that companies use Paypal's service (without you having to click "pay with Paypal") to process their transactions thus leaving you with Paypal's number instead of the merchant you directly did business with. Very confusing but I am glad I figured it out.

I bought socks on ebay and the bill showed up with this phone number under GPGD LLC for Paypal. Loved the socks!

I didn't receive a call from this number but there was a fraudlent charge with this number on my credit card. "PAYPAL HELEN M COX" I understand this is a scam and they are using the name of PayPal. I now have to cancel the card I have used for 15 years, so inconvenient. Damn these people!

The phone number is a legitimate phone number for Pay Pal.I have a website and use PayPal to process credit card purchases. In testing of my own website, I charged $1.00 to may own credit card account.My credit card statement shows my $1.00 charge, with my merchant name and lists that Pay Pal phone number on the credit card statement. That's a good thing. If a PayPal user has a problem with a merchant, they have the Paypal phone number handy to call and file a complaint.

I found a. Contact in my mobile who went by the name MY NUGUY.....I use the app called my SMS thats where the contact showed up. Who ever is using this number is on a vpn it first gave location as san Jose CA. Then it showed up as Nebraska. Looks like fraud to me

Pay Pal is INDEED in OMAHA Nebraska...... I used to go by it every day to work.

An Al keeps leaving messages to call him back. After reading all of this what for!
