We've been getting calls from this number at least once a day at home usually around 7 to 7:30 in the evening for the past week. I don't mind getting calls from people I know, but when it's one of these phising or scam calls it is really annoying and frustrating having to deal with the phone ringing, and tying up my time to go look at the phone and see who's calling.
I just submitted this message on Gallup's website, let's see where it gets me..."Here is it in writing Gallup, you are hereby ordered to cease all calls to phone number (215) xxx-xxxx, effective immediately from 6:25PM Easter Daylight Time, August 25th, 2010. Gallup, you are also ordered to remove phone number (215) xxx-xxxx from your databases, as of the same date and time as above."
These call centers are outbound only calling. Meaning they only make calls and cannot receive them. Leaving you a voicemail is pointless.
I continue to get a call from 602-672-2373 and the name on my caller id is Michael Ridder. I do not know any Michael Ridder and whoever he is, he never leaves a message. Anyone know who and what this number is?

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
