Caller named Frank indicated that my elderly mom had been in bank within last week and wanted her to confirm,she had just visited bank today. I want this number investigated for possible ID theft.

Gallup called 7-1-14 and 7-2-14. The caller said there was no list to take my name off of. How can I stop this?

I leave on ET time, they called me at 9:45pm, so before you insult somebody do your research...I hate Dumb people.

Long story short, this is a legitimate call from Gallup, they are conducting customer surveys under contract from a company that you are a client of. In my case, they were calling on behalf of Wells Fargo, asking about a recent visit I made to the local branch. They knew the date and time of the visit, and asked about how long I had to wait, how the teller handled the transaction, etc. Never did they ask my income, age, or other irrelevant questions, just "customer satisfaction" type questions.But I would have answered them a lot sooner if they would have left a message on the machine stating who they were and why they were calling.

402-952-4444 has been calling me several times a week.I finally called the number back.Its the Gallup Pollsters.They want peoples opinions.So I gave them mine.Told them to QUIT [***] CALLING ME!They have a website too.www.gallup.com.
