Hey KA,The do not call rules do not apply to polling organizations and political organizations because they are not trying to sell you anything. A lawyer would be a waste of your money. BTW - Stop acting like you have a personal lawyer on retainer. You aren't rich. Only trashy people and tv shows use that threat.
Contact the FTC.Federal Trade Commission.They have a website and you can file a complaint online.
called me at 5:42 pm EST on 9/24/07. left no message. when i called back, recorded message said they were with gallup polling organization.
