got a miss call from 4032019988 on my cell,i called back from a land line and the answer was: this number is not in service. who are this guys?

Had this number call me, on my cell and I live in vancouver. I'm seeing a lot of ppl say that "rogers" is used in the call. makes me wonder if Rogers has somehow let out our numbers or what not. Anyways i found another site where this number has left msg's on ppl's phones with heavy breathing and perverted sounds.It really makes me mad that this stupid [***] still happens. I agree with Ottawa girl, WE are the ones who pay for it so we should be able to have control over this type of stuff FOR FREE.....i'm tempted to call Rogers AND telus(thats the phone carrier this number is coming from) and ask them to remove me from ANY and ALL "spammers, telemarketing, etc" calls.Ive had this number and others n when i call it back it says it's unassigned.

got a call from this number, didn't answer and the voicemail was a hang up!I'm in Chilliwack - guess I'll have to find a way to block it, very annoying

I got a call but missed it, when I went to return the recording says the number is not in service, strange considering I missed it by a split second...hmmm

I got that call a few mins ago. I live in Calgary but didn't answer b/c I didn't recognize the number. They hung up on my voice mail.

Why would whomever is calling be able to get through to my cell number at all, when I am registered for the "do not call" list??? Would anyone know this, or whom I could call to complain?

rogers is stupid.They wont help me out in anyway to change my plan..my bill comes to 300 dollars EVERY month..i ask for extra minutes but they want to take away the plan i have which is free network calling (fido and rogers),free incoming 250 daytime,125 free text msg's call display forward and VM...they just want to make more money..[***] you rogers.[***] YOU.i got a VM saying to claim it now press 1...

I don't think Rogers is to blame, I'm using Telus and have gotten a phone call from this number several times now. A few weeks ago I was getting phone calls from another area code that I didn't recognize, 203 or 204 can't remember... very annoying tho!

I got this call at 9:30AM in vancouver and my provider is bell.
