I just received the same phone message from 403-201-9988 at 1:21pm PDT. I'm with Virgin Mobile.
Rec'd call from this number this afternoon saying that I had a prize for rogers customers only (I promptly hung-up). I think its from overseas, likely Romania. When I get a Canadian call, my log shows the number with the "1" in front of it. This one just shows as 4032019988, which I think means the number is 40 32 019988
Got this call at 3:40 AST over in New Brunswick... on my Bell/Aliant Work Blackberry... I am a rogers cust, but there is no way they have my work cell... scammy scammy.... didn't answer...
i've been getting calls from telus/rogers. i don't think they are from the company. just trying to get information. don't tell them anything!

Telus customer here in Ottawa, Ontario. Call from 403 201 998 received at 2:30 pm EST on Sept 30, 2009. I did not answer & they there was no message!
Just received a phone call from 403-201-9988 about 5 min ago but didn't answer it and they never left a msg. Came down to my computer to look it up on Canada Yellow Pages and it brought me here.
