I have been getting calls from 403-310-2255 up 5 times per day and no one is on the other end I'm getting sick of it. Who are these people Telus?Had enough!
We have been getting calls from 403-310-2255 every evening some times 2 calls an evening for many months. We never picked up because they call our FAX line and after 2 rings we know they get the beep in the ear. Not that it has deterred them. However, last night, I was in the middle of some intense writing when the phone rang its 2 rings. It snapped me out of writing head and I was instantly so mad I answered it. A person asked for me using my initials and last name. I confess I was very rude. Told them to take me off their stupid call list. I asked him to repeat my instructions to remove me several times which he did. I feel a little bad because the guy I abused on the phone - I know he was just doing his job, but this telemarketing thing is so abusive in it persistence that it makes me crazy.
I switched to Shaw back in December of 2011 because of the way TELUS conducts bussiness. But I still got these calls for 5 days in a row at my home number. I suggest contact the CRTC. At the time I got these calls I was not home, but up until now I have been wondering who was trying to get a hold of me. Remember TELUS stands for Telephone US. In my opinion everyone should switch to a different phone/internet/cable tv provider. Time for us customers to vote with our pocket books and shut this none sense down...forever!
Caller is Teleperformance on behalf of Telus. Wanted to offer me Telus Optik TV. Call came on my cell phone, Telus mobility is my provider.Seems like they legitimately got my number from Telus, as I am already their customer, but this is a waste of my time.
UPDATE:It's now 13 day since I placed a call to Cheryll (1-800-567-000) to be taken off their call list!! The day after I received 2 calls and the next day 1.....have not heard from them since!!!
It is TELUS. They are trying to sell you on their Cable TV or Internet or phone or all three in a bundle. Go to Shaw...the price is better, the service is better, the signal is better, and all the employees are Canadian, in your local area. And no I do not work for shaw, I am just relating a common experience for myself and friends.
I have been getting calls 2 to 3 times a day from this number. I know is telus. I want to report as unwanted calls. I am sick of them!!!Thanks
For 5 days in a row at the end of March, during the day, I got calls from this number. I switched from TELUS to Shaw December of 2011. So maybe TELUS should take a hint. I do not want to be harrassed any more.
It's Telus calling you to remind you of an appointment. Repair or installation...If it is anyone else then its a hijacked number... remember folks.. you can mask you calls if you use a web based phone.. disguise it as any number if you know what you are doing.Quite often its a tactic used by telemarketing companies overseas, disguise it as a known number etc etc.But my call was legit from Alberta, from Telus..
