Call them at 1-800-567-0000 and just go through the brief options. I just spoke to someone and told her to take my number off the list. I HATE THIS COMPANY TELUS AND HOPE THEY GO BANKRUPT.
My boyfriend and I got a call this evening and when my boyfriend answered they asked for "Mr. (my last name)". He asked "Sorry Who?" and they said again "Mr. (my last name)". My boyfriend told him to hold on and he passed me the phone. When I said hello he hung up. I am a shaw customer and always have been. I have recieved this phone call before about 2 months ago and I explained to the tellu worker that Tellus sucks and that I would never go to them. They did stop calling ..... until tonight that is.

I am repeatedly getting calls from 403-310-2255 on a daily basis, sometimes dead air, and sometimes there is a woman. Today when they called we got her name Bhumika Maini and her manager Arjun Sood and they were located in New delhi, India. How do I get them to stop calling our number? I work night shifts and its VERY ANNOYING!!!
We get calls from this number about every 3 months or so. We have taken the time to answer, listen to their schpeel and see if they legitimately have a better offer than what we have with Shaw - and they never do, but we do give them some of our time to hear them out. Even doing that, they call back day after day after day. I have argued with the guy over and over again. I don't know what kind of system they have but they should take a number out of sequence if you have already made contact with that household and were refused. I will block them the next time but I agree with everyone else - that makes me despise Telus and will never switch to them, regardless.
I have been receiving calls from this numbers while @ work. According to the phone company this number has been calling my house 2-3 times a day. I know it is telemarketing # based out of Alberta. Not sure how else to track it?
Please send me your message in the mail if I owe you anything i am not aware of or stop calling me. I receive several calls from you and have indicated no interest in your services so I don't know what I have to do stop you from calling me. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.Offended citizen
