I have been receiving about four calls a day for solicitations, debt management offers (I have none) and no response at all....just a call. I am very frustrated that my phone company Telus cannot protect me from these nuisance calls....B Seyfort
This is Telus and it may not only be them trying to sell you something, they may be trying to collect on outstanding Telus bills as well. Everytime I'm a few days late in paying my bill the calls start one after the other some times as many as 10x per day! I just save the #'s in my cell & mark them as "do not answer"
I answered a call from a similar 403-310-XXXX number and it was Telus TV as well. I answered it this morning and told them not to call me any more. He was very pushy and got angry with me when I told him I didn't want to "save over 600$/year". I insisted they take me of the phone list, and lo-and-behold they are calling again this evening. :S
fxxx Telus they call me Day and Night. I get call every day 3 4 times a day. Here a number that you guy could call to complaint or put your number on a National Do Not Call list.only fxxxing Telus do that call you almost everyday. they have too much money sit around to do useless. They should put there money to improve services and lower the cost.

I read your comment about Telus, yeah looks like most Canadian companies are going overseas. I just want to tell you something about Shaw, I did get them the first time, unfortunately it ruined my impression with them through their Customer Service. I was put on hold several times for about 1 to 2 hours and for just a simple question. I finally spoke to them and said they should improve their customer service, if not I will move to another provider. But the same thing happens when I tried to call them again. Don't get me wrong they do apologised and reminded me to use the telephone call back system. I did that but again no response? They have got poor customer service. Too bad I like Shaw but we were turned off by the service.
These calls are forever coming in. What a waste of money for Telus and a big hit on their reputation. I've answered, ignored, declined. I could buy a call blocker, I could program call blocking, I could waste my money and waste my time...So for now, only choice I see is to ignore. Telus (or representatives thereof) will only find another method to get through to me with yet another annoying call.
