I got three calls from this number today.I hate taking these calls and figure if it's important they will leave a voice message, but they never do from 4033102255. but based on some postings here I think it might be telus trying to confirm my apointment to get telus tv installed this weekend. Guess I better take the next call when it comes.
I've been called by this number too. The lady asked for the home-owners, when I asked if I could take a message she snapped "Yeah, this is Telus and you can get them to call us back" and then she hung up on me. I woudn't have thought anything about it (or *69ed it to be sure) if she wasn't so rude to me.
This 403-310-2255 number calls me EVERY DAY including weekends for over a week - very annoying. My complaints to other Telus depts did not work. Thanks for the 1-800, maybe that will finally work! They admitted they use automated diallers - how professional. I don't understand how hounding me every damn day is going to convince me to signup for your services?!
Get several calls every day. It's a dead zone. Please help stop these calls it really is VERY anoying.
just gotta call, thought i'd pick it up even after reading this. it's an automated message to confirm any appointments you are expecting w/ Telus. It took a while for the message to kick in, so that explains the dead air. For me, this appointment was expected.
The number keeps calling me too, it says telus on the call display. I picked up once but only got dead air. It's obviously an automated dialer so I hung up. Now I don't answer and they just keep calling and hanging up on my answering machine. Not very smart of Telus to [***] their customers. I can always get my phone service elsewhere.
This is a legitimate call from Telus, about appointments or just to check and see if everything is going well with a new service ( to save/cost you money). If you call the number (in 587 & 708 also) you get the Telus telephone help desk.
