I completely agree!! I've been with them since 2008 and have had no issues! Even when my cable was acting up they reset my cable box right there and bam! it worked like new. I have always had wonderful service people setting up or transferring my cable, internet and phone services or answering my questions! i even forgot my phone box at an old place, they set me up with a new one and said to bring the old one back :) they even do student discounts for us broke university folk! Telus is annoying as hell... this number calls me on a regular basis and its starting to get old!
This # calls my home too often. Never leaves a message. Is there a way to get this stopped?
403-310-2255 have been calling my place now for two weeks straight. I called back and it was a beep beep beep beep beep weird noise. I'm not even home. Annoying. I'm with Shaw too and I have a blocked private number that's not even listed.
Getting this call between 6-7 pm every night for the past week. This is during our family time and we do not wish to be bothered. I wish this company to stop calling us immediately
I was having problems with my cable/internet, Shaw said it was the wires. They came to replace, no charge. I informed the Techs my house is 100 years old, and they have to be careful with the cement siding tiles. 2 of the 3 holes, were drilled with out complication. But the 3rd, tiles broke, the Tech tried to repair the damage with silicone and putting screws through some of the bigger pieces. What a mess! Then I had a fun (sarcasm) job, verbally battling with a Supervisor to get it repaired, eventually he relented. The Tech who did the repair was quick and efficient. But really, having to fight with a Supervisor to get shoddy work fixed? I have switched to Telus, cause Shaw jumped my cable/internet bill to $155 per month! When I asked for it be reduced, the best they could do was $90. Telus will be charging my $73. I am single, and need to get my costs down. So bye bye Shaw, hope Telus will be better then you!
it IS Telus. you call that number for billings, accounts, service calls, etc. I don't think they would call if they weren't legitimately trying to collect payment, or investigate/fix a service problem.BELIEVE me, I've had to call it a few times recently due to the fact that when Telus' aging and broken infrastructure shorts out in rain or wet snow, the crossed/shorted line tends to somehow dial 911.
i am being harrasssed i swear its a ploy to get me to answer and waste my minutes as i pay as i go want it to stop.even at 7.55pm this number calls day n night
I just received a call from this number. Yes it is telus. BUT they are only calling to confirm my appt. with them.
So far only 1 to 2 calls a day, even Sundays for the last few weeks. Telus calls our office all the time also. Different number for office Telus calls. Annoying.
