That's unfortunate!!!! I have been a Shaw customer for over 4 years now and I find the Customer Service to be one of the best that I have to deal with!!!! They are even located here in Alberta!!!! What a novel idea!!!!
Well.....I have been getting calls from this # 403-310-2255 for the past few weeks. They call my fax line which is connected to my home line, therefore my home line rings 2 short rings. I got so annoyed that I called my phone provider (SHAW) and they told me they can't block this # but I could block it myself by dailing *60. If you *60 just simply follow the prompts and add this number so they can NEVER EVER call your home again!!!!Hope this helps,Rob (from Sherwood Park)
it may be outsourced from here because there are not enough right people suitable for the required job here or it may be very frustating job for people here to call customers for 6-7 hours a day offering them something..,that's sounds more frustating.,don't you think so?? or may be any other reason? anyone here has ever worked with a canadian telemarketing company? i have spent my half of the life doing this,& at this age i think that it just about doing the right job. no matter from where it gets done.
They come up with different numbers to call and harass for business no longer wanted. I tried to get dinosaur internet and was unsuccessful(Thanking my lucky stars) Telus has proceeded to bill me for a service I DONT HAVE! Told them I wasnt paying the phone bill untill the charges were erradicated from my bill....STILL being charged. Still being called...... They can pound salt!!
they dont. they're much worse. trust me. STAY AWAY FROM SHAW. garbage customer service and terrible plans. telus tv is far better imo - no question.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
