It's Telus trying to sell you something. They kept phoning me for weeks untill I answered. The guy wanted to sell me their TV by asking questions. When he asked the first question, I used my quick thinking and told him my family died when my TV exploded last week. I then faked cried and yelled at him for reminding me of my family and how he's insensative to call me about selling me their TV just after my family died. I have not been bothered since.If they phone you, why not have some fun?

I have constantly been harassed by calls from 403-310-2255. I have requested they take my number off the call list , however they still continue to harass with their phone calls daily. I have very painful joints and it is difficult for me to get to the phone. My mother is in her 90's and therefore I answer my phone in case of an emergency. If this is Telus marketing that is calling I will never use Telus for anything if this is their way of trying to get business. This is disgraceful for any company to market in this way. Hello??? Are you people that stupid to not realize this is harassment and absolutely not a marketing program? They refuse to even tell us who is calling when we ask them.

Looks like there a bunch of wannabe patriotic rednecks on this thread. So what if a company outsources its business? Some of you guys talk as though it's illegal to do so. At the end this Canadian company wants to be more successful. If you guys are going to be so offended by any company that is basing its business on overseas contracts, then go live in a cave, because almost everything consumers buy is made somewhere in Southeast Asia. Maybe Shaw should outsource customer service because their customer service sucks for current customers AND they rip off their customers. Some customers must be unhappy with Telus but just look at the proportion of anti-Shaw comments on this thread and you will get the picture.

No anwser when I answer phone and when I called back "You just called a number that is not in use".

403-310-2255 number gives bogus promotion you won ipad, can i have some more numbers i would give you more t-shirts etc it anoying/irritating keeps calling those numbers if you had accidentally given it hope they stio harassingThanks

We get calls from 403-310-2255 twice sometimes 3 times a day. There is nobody at the other side!

Yes, Shaw does indeed use telemarketing contractors.
