i've recieved calls from 14033102255 several times before and when i answered there was noone there but 20 minutes ago i answered and a someone talked back. when i asked who it was, the person changed his voice to a higher pitch and asked for personal information and family members. i told him if he called me again i would call the police and hung up. but whats acaring me the most is that the person knew a family member's name.

The 310-2255 looks like an official Telus customer service line. But, it is not since the person called asking for the person listed on the public phone directory. The person asked for the initial and didn't know the full name. You can just tell them having got the wrong number.
Really? Cause when we had an issue with the costumer service we were transfered directly to a supervisor. They really try. Maybe it's just [***] costumers who are rude that ruin it for everyone.
Just got a call from this number. I didn't pick it up but it went to voicemail. it was an automated survey asking how our recent telus service guy was. We just had a telus guy come to the house 2 days ago to install the xbox software to use it as a top box. But yes, the number is based out of Alberta, and might also be used to call about selling products etc.
Please remove our phone number from the calling list..
Shaw also uses out of country call centers. All major companies do it to save cost.
Its telus. You owe them money.
Shaw does not employ call center employees outside of Canada. Check your information before you spew from your mouth

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.
