They said that anything less than 24 hours later was considered an adequate emergency response time." I'm glad the fire department, police, and hydro crews took it seriously when Shaw couldn't.Shaw later phoned me to find out why I was switching to Telus and after I explained what had happened they said they leave the management of their overhead wires to hydro. When the hydro crew was here at work they both said "typical Shaw response" to my initial report.

this week i needed service on my telus landline. i had to give them my cell number to contact me. BIG MISTAKE!!! now i am getting robotic automated calls on my cell.

Telemarketer for Telus

I am not even a telus customer and they call my home phone EVERY SINGLE DAY, only to hang up or not speak when I pick up the phone.

Telus trying to push their Tv internet package..... Same here already with shaw and happy, also to add...every time I call shaw I get some speaking clear English that I can understand!!!

They call daily, house and cell. How do you get them to stop?! It is a Telus number, I answered the first time but was at my daughters hockey practice and the cement must have cause a disconnect as the call was dropped, but now they keep phoning!Take a hint, after the 3rd time I clearly do not want to answer???

Ok here is the deal, I have been getting calls every other day for about a year now, some prick just leaves a message like he thinks the answering machine is a real person (dumb f**k) "hello" "hello" - with an accent of course. They have recently upped their game by using unknown name/unknown number, my wife did actually talk to this clown and tell him we didn't want the f**kn Telus Optic TV! Needless to say the calls continued, so I answered the latest call & continued to rip him a new one, and also threatened him & his manger (felt good). I guess he took it personal, as I received 4 calls in a row with no one answering from the same unknown name/unknown number. There is an easy solution, just use *77 to block them & problem solved - a$$holes.

get a call every day which I usually ignore. Finally answered & got a guy with an Indian accent who asked for a member of our household. I asked who was calling & he hung up. By law they are supposed to identify themselves
