got a call from this number just after noon today as well and its not a bell number as if bell wants to tell me anything the text my phone or i dont know caller ID says bell
Got this number with the additional 3 digit prefix 0119398080on the caller ID. Didn't answer.
Received same call approximately 1 hour ago. Did not answer.Reporting the number or attempting to call it back will be of little use.As it is likely spoofed or merely an interchange (like the common numbers used on phone cards, any call passing through the carrier will display the carrier number), it will not serve to deter a fraud artist.Rules, regulations and laws are great when applied to legal and even quasi-legal entities, but they don't work so well when breaking the law is the actual INTENT of the caller.The best we can do is ignore the unknown calls. If it's important, they'll leave a message. Further, this will afford you an opportunity to research the number in a forum like this to determine whether or not you want to call it back.Also, tell anybody you know about the experience. If everybody is clued in, there will be no further point in attempting to scam anyone by these means.
This number has called our home, my husbands cell phone, and now his office number. Recently went out of town and booked hotels through expedia...they must distribute personal information to other companies.
Just got a call from this number on my cell- didn't answer, but I swear ever since i changed my number, i have had random calls like this, so irritating.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
