Called today about 411 listing on 3 search engines, please press "1" to speak to a rep. I pressed "1" and spoke to "Vanessa." I asked her the name of the business, she said "Your Local Merchant." I asked where she was based out of and she hung up on me.MFs

I am so tired of these calls. I no longer answer the phone, when out of state area codes show up on my caller ID, very seldom do these callers leave a message. The caller from 405-416-1899 did not leave a message but continues to call which is driving me nuts. It is a shame that I can not just answer my phone when it rings, I have to look at the caller ID first. I feel my rights to my business phone are being violated, I pay for my line and the likes of these people are allowed to irritate and invade me and my business. I sometimes hate to hear the phone ring, isn't that crazy? Should be customers calling but often is not.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
