Unwanted scam call on my cell phone from 405-416-1899. Sick people out there - sociopaths - who just want to harass the public. Who dreams up this stuff???

CALLED MY BUSINESS - WE DIDN'T ANSWER AND NO MESSAGE WAS LEFT.YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD GET THE MESSAGE...NEVER ANSWER UNKNOWN CALLS!
Call me. Did not answer and could not understand the partial message they left for me to call them back. Called the number back but message I recieved did not state company name only that I was on hold for an agent. I assume it is a collection agency or telemarketing company.
I answered and let the recording say its thing and it asked for me to press 1 to have my business put on page one of google, yahoo and bing or to press 9 to be removed from their list. I did neither and hung up and immediately called the number back and I got the recorded message saying the number you have dialed ahs been disconnected or is no longer in service. I then called t-mobil 611 to report the event. I was told that they were a scammer of some sort. DUH!Then the number called back when a friend was over some 20 minutes to half an hour later. I let the call play its recording over speaker phone mode (?) and my friend advised pushing one of the buttons, 1 or 9, which I didn't and wouldn't lest my aknowledging grant them access to anything of mine, my time included.Apparently the line is hijacked as well.
Same here. It asked me to select 1 if I want my business to appear on page 1 of google, yahoo and bing, and I did nothing. Then it disconnected.
Got a call about search engine optimization. Pressed '1' for more info, when pointed out her activity is questionable, she hung up. I called back the number, which was 'disconnected'How is allowed to happen? If I f*rt in the wrong place I get a ticket, yet these people can duck & dive all day and do business?

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Call identification states Rocket Mortgage. Never call back a call without checking number first. Never take the name on caller ID to be the true caller.
