Getting calls from this No. but have no idea who they are or what they want. Am on Fed. No-Call list, but that does no good at all.
Just got same call from 405.555.0199. I haven't owed anyone $ since 1992. Odd... Clark Howard says it would be considered "Zombie Debt".
I just got this call about an hour ago. Said my number was left as a contact number and it was extremely urgent that I called them back. Left 888 number. I deleted message and blocked number from my phone. We don't owe anyone that is past due so not sure why or who they are to call me.
Received this call several times, since I have a friend that lives in OK, I actually answered it once, the recorded voice told me it was not a sales call, then proceeded to ask for a person by name, press 1 if you, press 2 if not.... when all was said and done, the final was if this person is not here, please press 1, and then a recorded apology for calling. WTH???? I am blocking this number from my phone so I don't have to do this again.... these people need to get a life.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
