These a holes have been calling and hanging up after the second ring for months now. 406-530-5038
HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS DAILY!!! ON MY CELL FROM THIS NUMBER, NEVER ANSWER IT BUT IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING SINCE THE CALLS COME WHILE I'M AT WORK
They have called me 3 times today alone. This is getting ridiculous! I'm on the DNC, which obviously is not as effective as tax payers are lead to believe. Why is it that companies that go around protection acts for consumers aren't more severely punished?
Currently, the number seems to be associated with "Home Protection Services" with them asking if you'd be interested in having a free security system installed just for letting them put a sign in your yard advertising for the company. I quickly said I was living in an apartment and wasn't eligible, and they simply said "thank you" and hung up. But today, they have called back 3 more times from the same number. I answered the 3rd and started telling them they'd already called 3 times previously in the last 2 days and that I don't want them to call anymore, but they hung up as I was speaking. Also seems the person is always named Tom.
I received 2 calls from this number on 5/18/2011 on my cell phone. I want this stopped. I entered my number on the national do not call list about 2 weeks ago.
I've been receiving calls from this number for the past three days. I don't know who or where they are because I don't answer any calls from numbers I do not recognize. What I don't understand is how these places got a hold of my cell number in the first place!!!I just want these calls to STOP!!
Here's the contact info!! Contact the Florida Attorney General Office Consumer Affairs and Your State Attorney General Consumers Affairs/Protection Office and also email as well as mail a certified letter to the these [***] listed below and warned them that if you get another call from them. You will pursue a letter action against them for harassment and violation of the FTC guidelines as it's a $1,0000 per each call and you will also sue for additional punitive damages but not limited to emotional distress/mental anguish and any criminal charges that the law may allow. Hopefully these idiots will get the message!! they call a lot and also they do not answer when i pick up..i had asked not to call anymore and remove me from list..they still call
This # has called me 5 times in the past 2 days (twice @ 8am) and I've already listed my number in the Do Not Call Registry as well as with their own do not call list by calling the # back and pressing 1. They hang up each & every time and I have yet to hear from a human voice. Interesting that companies like this have absolutely no consequences for such bull.
