I'm glad to see so many people know that these calls are from crooks. And that's why the Do Not Call law is ineffective--They're CROOKS! Block the number, let it go to voice mail or whatever, but do not engage them in any way at all.
Received a call on Nov 2, 2011 from 407-660-9999 with the name "Robert Kennedy".They hung up before the answering machine picked up.
Phone call regarding lower interest rates from 407-660-9999 - caller ID showed "Robert Kennedy." Hung up on them.
This is not the first time this company has called us, promising to lower the interest rate we pay on our credit cards. I hope you can go after this company and take them out of business.
I just got this phone call from 'Robert Kennedy' about 3 seconds ago. I NEVER answer a number I don't know or a name I don't recognize. This number will go on my "block" list for sure.
Robert Kennedy called many times. The last time I picked up and got really mad. He told me that he was trying to order chinese as if I called him. Anyway I registered the number with donotcall.govThis guy should get caught!!! he has made quite a few phone calls to me and has been a bother!!
This no. has called us constantly - - I have reported it to the do not call registry - - they still call - - all they say it is Rachel with card services - - I have tried staying on the line & telling them to quit calling then they hang up - - -
My number was already registered with the Do not Call Directory (www.donotcall.gov/).As soon as I told them I had no credit card debt they hung up. I tried to call back andgot a recorded message "number not in service".I reported them to www.donotcall.gov/ but I doubt it will do any good.
Company leaves recorded messages on my anwering machine. I picked up the call during recording and hit 1 to speak with the rep. Caller ID states "Kennedy, Robert" but rep will not give company name and says he is from the Visa/Master Card corporate office. Told him I wasn't interested and to take me off the list. He hung up on me.
