Don't just report to DoNotCall; these are gangsters who sneer at the registry. I spoke with an investigator months ago at the FTC who told me to report these criminals. They are not innocent; they are crooks. Period. Report them.

THese people use FAKE NUMBERS (spoofed) and once they call, they will continue to call at no end. They use many multiple different numbers. It is a network of individuals. They will hang up on you and they will continue to call. Pressing 3 to discontinue calls will only validate more calls. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER FOR IDENTITY THEFT AND CREDIT CARD FRAUD.Dont be stupid people, just report, report, report. Dont ever, EVER, EVER, give out your credit card information over the phone. Just insane. Why would YOUR credit card company call to lower your interest rate (they lose money) and if they DID call dont you think that would have your information on file.SCAM SCAM SCAM. Once they have your number, be prepared. Calling back is useless. just report.

407-660-9999 was on my caller ID the name that came up was "Kennedy, Robert." When I answered the phone it turned out to be a telemarketer calling on reducing credit card debt. It is an automaded program. Press 1 to talk to someone, press 3 to remove your phone number. I receive one of these calls at least 3 times a week. I have pressed "3" twice now, but I am still receiving these calls. I have pressed 1, spoken to someone, asked for a supervisor. The person hung up. The second time I have pressed 1, I asked for an address to reach them. The person hung up again. My number is on the Do Not Call list, yet these calls keep getting through.

ID says "Robert Kennedy" 407-660-9999. I just hit the FAX button on my printer - which sends that noisy squeal tone to their system -- that my phone is a FAX line. Hopefully - this will kick my number out of their robo database. But these pukes will outlive nuclear winter - with the cockaroaches!!

I just received a call from this number - the Caller ID showed a name Robert Kennedy. I've got calls from this number before. Not recognizing the name or the number, I didn't answer...This is very likely (and highly probable) a scam...Never under any circumstances give these a-holes any personal information - if you get a live person... These type of calls are what they are - a tip off to a rip off...I say that based on what others have posted, and based on my own experience...Robert Kennedy??? What a ~bleeping~ joke!!!

They call me over and over or leave messages. It is not hard to peg it as a scam because I have no credit cards at all.

Got a call from Kennedy, Robert - 407-660-9999 - 11/15/11 - Didn't answer. No message left. Hung up just as my answering machine picked up. I do not answer calls from names or numbers I do not recognize.
