Go to the national do not call site. You can file a complaint even if you're not on their list. Anytime you receive a call that is not a live person, but a recorded message, you can file a complaint. I receive many such calls from different area codes both on my home phone & cell. These idiots need to be stopped.

I recieved a call from this number this afternoon, and when I answered, I got a recorded message stating that this was an urgent message regarding my credit card. There was no identification as to who was calling, just a number to call back on. I hung up.
I am on both the land line and cell "Do Not Call" lists, yet I keep getting calls from this number, offers to lower credit card debt or something like that. This has been happening for quite awhile. Seems some authority ought to locate the obnoxious company that calls under a variety of numbers, and prosecute them for ignoring the Do Not Call requests.
