Cardmember services. (407) 702-0538. 407-702-0538. 4077020538. Calling to reduce credit card rates to 6.9%. Starts with a robot - push 1 to talk to a representative. Try to tell them to remove you from the call list and they hang up.
Another simple solution to stopping these calls is to get yourself a google voice account and let that become your answering machine and once the call comes in it get registereded in your account on then you just blocked them and no more calls.
They asked if I'd like to lower my credit card interest rates. Said they worked with all the banks & credit cards. I asked for their phone number & I would get back to them, & they hung up. DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
I got this same phone call! I received one yesterday on my cell and another on my home phone a few days ago. I have experienced everything you described. I, too, was hung up on once an operator came on the line. I asked who it was because they don't tell you in the recording and I heard a click! I have also contacted my credit card companies and everything appears to be fine. I have no idea what is going on. I had some strange calls going on a few years ago. I contacted the phone company and they informed me they were unable to help me without a police report. I was unsure of going through with a police report and just dealt with it a while longer. The calls eventually stopped. I hope this helps. I would sure love to know who these people are. If you find more out, would you please let me know? You can email me at ducky825@yahoo.com. I don't even have a credit card, just pressed one and told them I don't have one. Got a "we'll take you off the list and god bless you." lol. Annoying.

The person with this phone number does not know who VA David Foulds is. VA David Foulds is what shows up on the caller ID. . Very odd that the person with the phone does not know about their phone.
