This number is a Cell Phone in Sanford, Florida. I've had a number of calls from this number in the last two months. Most recent call was 8:15 AM today. Disconnected before I answered and left no message. In the past they left a message, and once stayed on line to speak to me. Claimed to be calling to collect on a Chase Credit card debt. I checked with Chase - Not their collection agent! Additionally, I owe nothing to CHASE. I firmly believe this is an annoyance call, fishing trip, and a Scam.
i have also been getting numerous calls from this number. I dont answer calls that i dont know so i just ignore it. If i do, they call back 5 minutes later! i have also gotten calls at 8 am in the morning and late at night on Sundays. Its getting so bad im thinking of shutting off my phone at night.
I am reporting this number to the FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection. Please report it as well, it only takes a few minutes & worth it if they stop calling!
Four calls today - starting at 8:00AM. I recognize the number as a phoney collection agency in Florida, claiming to represent Chase credit cards. I answered once some months ago - that's how I known what this number claims to be. When I don't answer (I have caller ID on my phone) the caller leaves no message and hangs up. If you don't have caller ID - get it, it's inexpensive and well worth the small cost. What is disconcertin to me is all my phone numbers are listed on the Federal "Do Not Call" list as well as my state's list and still the calls come in. This outfit just doesn't care and ignores the possible consequences. I'm going to try again to get satisfaction from the appropriate agencies.
You guys should bring this to a court filing to get some financial compensation for disturbing your peace life and will make this annoying person disappear.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
