So what about the people who get this call that don't have a chase acct?

I called the number back and it goes to Chase Card Services - filing harassment with them today

Calls from this number have been occuring for almost 6 mths. now. If I don't know who is calling, I do not answer. If is unavailable or name not found. the phone is NOT answered. Toll free callers also get no answer. Looks like they would get the hint. Calls from numbers who have disturbed my dinner every night are as follows.1-704-732-24141-859-759-43471-958-555-10801-804-477-80871-877-449-48661-881-23085161-866-227-3327

It is a scam... They left a msg telling me I had a refund from some company and they were calling from the advocacy office. I believe its a scammer trying to get you to call back and give them personal info.

This was Chase. It is not a scam. I'm glad they called because it helped me avoid a late fee/negative credit mark!

Calls all the time, I finally blocked them. Chase collection or so they claim to be.

Umm...he encouraged people to call Chase themselves to see if they really have an issue. How is that helping scammers? It is quite easy to look up Chase's customer support number. Don't be dense and then call your intellectual betters 'morons'. SMH!

Good luck with that! I have received 161 calls from this number since April13, 2015 including today. After several calls I was curious how long the calls would continue. I have reported it to the FCC's Do Not Call web site numerous times and yet nothing happens. I'm not sure who else to contact but the FCC doesn't seem to care.

Doesn't work. I have reported this number to the FCC numerous times in the last 5 months and the calls just keep coming!
