Started getting calls from this number. No answer when I pick up. Calls at least once a day.
This number calls numerous times a day. They never leave a message. Calls start before 8 a.m.
I do not believe it to be Chase. THIS IS A SCAM. I would NEVER give whoever is on this phone call any of my personal info. That is very dangerous!! I get this call 3-4 times a day too, and they never leave a message. Very annoying. I'm ignoring it.
It was Chase Credit Card Services. I had accidentally scheduled a payment for a year after I intended, and my account was about to be reported to the credit bureaus as being past-due. The agent offered to apply the payment for me, but I chose to make the payment online. No high pressure and everything they told me on the phone matched the data online.
Every time i answer to tell these idiots off they hang up on me. One time they go. Hello Hello Hello. *click*If this really was Chase or a debt collector they would be more professional. I do not believe it to be Chase. Its a SCAM. NEVER give your persoNAL information over the phone unless YOU initiated the call.
This number calls our office at least 5 times a day. There is never anyone there when I answer, yet because it is a business, I have to answer every time. I did try to call back and got an automated systems for Chase Card. It would really save a lot of trouble if they would actually have a rep on the line so I could find out who they are trying to contact and ask them to remove the business number from their records.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
