They call me every day twice a day... never leave a message. They always call at 8:00am and then again around 4:00pm. You would think that if it was that important that they would leave a message. I hope the [***] that run whatever company this is, gets Genital warts...
Thanks for the heads up, it's seem that I am the last victim of this so called chase bank employees.
Keeps calling but never leaves a message. I have a call screen that shows the number and I take great delight in never picking up the phone when I see this number .
Scam..... They've called me 5 times in last 2 days.I just called Chase from a number obtained from the chase website. I figured it's a scam since I have no accounts with them. Rep looked up the number and told me this is not a chase number and found records that this is a phishing scammer trying to steal credit card numbers.
This is a fishing number for the back office of a collection agent. It is illegal but you cant prove it. They want account numbers so they can seize accounts of debtors whose debt they have purchased from other collection agents who failed to get a penny. This is level 2 Hardball collection tactic 101 at its finest! tell them to take a walk!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
