Calls several times a day. Tried to block but continues to come in. Unknown
I got this caller several times during the last week of July 2009 and early June 2009. Display says Merchandise Pic. I finally answered the phone and a young girl answered claming to be The Red Cross. But I noted that she didn't say American Red Cross. I am going to call the American Red Cross and complain.
Thanks for your message and the information you shared so that I will not even try to pick up the phone. I found that they are located near Hunters Creek in Orlando through Google. They are called Merchandise Pick Up Service.
Caller did not identify but when i called 407-854-7180 answering machine said to schedule pu of clothing leave number or visit website www.clothingpickupstl.com. This is out of st louis but central florida number calling i reported it to the gov, do not call list.

Caller ID says: MERCHANDISE PIC I've told them several times to stop calling over the past year. If they were legitimate they would have stopped, therefore this is a scam.Some have posted here that they are associated with the American Red Cross. Maybe they are, maybe they aren't - but even if they are that doesn't mean anything. I have had other big name charities harass me by phone.
