It's PNC. They call even the day the payment is due if you haven't made a payment. My loan is past due but I am unemployed. Guess who I worked for? PNC. They fired me and still expect me to have the money to make my payments! I make payments, just not as much as they want. Hey, I do what I can. I have to eat too!

OK - I just received my EIGHTH call from these people today!!! They called SIX times yesterday. They are asking for an employee who works for our company. I have repeatedly told EACH person that has called that he is on vacation and to STOP calling!!!I asked the ladt if she was calling from PNC. She said, I can't tell you that, I can only speak with so & so. I told her she needs to tell me where she is calling from or to make damn sure no one from he comany calls back again!!! She was acting that I was inconveniencing her!If this is PNC - I am really dissapointed. This is complete and total harrasment - nothing less. They can not call employees demanding payment while they are at work!!

I received a phone call from this number stating that I owed money since they had to put extra insurance on my car loan and they sent letters. I never received a letter and I have never had a la[se in my insurance. I even called the number they told me to call and they said that they have my insurance on file. I am going to call a local brank of PNC tomorrow and see what is going on.

Just received a call from this number. Person stated he was calling from PNC bank and requested a payment. The payment was not overdue and is reflected as made on time according to our online bank records. Person then requested we confirm our address. He wanted us to give him the address. Thats a little on the suspicious side. He was also an [***]. I don't know if this is PNC or not, but it strikes me as extremely suspicious that they attempt to collect on an account that is not overdue and request additional personal information.

From Oct 7 I have received 12 calls from this number going to my fax number. The times called are from early morning, starting about 8am, to late evening, ending around 10pm. This is ridiculous. How can these calls bew stopped.

OMG same thing happening to me. I only have an auto loan through PNC but I still have 4 years to pay on it. Im going to do everything I can to change my loan to another bank. I can't take all these calls at all hours of the day and night and rude people to talk to. I can't even go into a PNC bank and be treated nicely. PNC is the worste bank ever. DO NOT USE THEM! Im just afraid of what they could do, charge me and not tell me, take money out without telling me. Im sure it can happen when Suntrust did it to my mom. so that's another bank you don't want to use. This only started because I paid a payment on the 10th and it was due on the 9th. Well it's not technically late until the 24th or something around that time. I have great credit and Im afraid this will hurt that.

Got a call from this number about 5-6 times today. Didn't answer since I figured it was some sort of advertisement or something. All the posts I read so far has some sort of loan with PNC. Our company has no business relations with this bank so I have no idea why they're calling so relentlessly.
