This the credit center for PNC bank. If your loan is 1 day past due, they call you. GEESH! What about a little grace period, huh?

Mail should be the only way that companies should be able to contact for collection. And can't these companies write their losses off on their taxes? Then the phone calls for strangers on my cell phone is a bothersome.

Four days late and they have called all four days non-stop sometimes with only 5 minutes in between calls. I thought it was a telemarketer. I had set up my payment on the morning of the 4th day on website for the following business day and when I got home tonight got another call, so I answered and explained to the lady that I set up my payment online. She told me that they would not take the funds from my bank account until tomorrow, but it can take a week to clear the funds from CLC to PNC, so I may be assessed a late fee, so I should go back to the CLC website and cancel my payment. I told her that was ridiculous. Nothing takes that long these days, especially when I am talking to a freaking bank!!!! She said the only way she could guarantee I would not be assessed a late fee was if I cancelled my payment online and made one over the phone and gave me a 1800 number to call after I cancelled the online payment. In fear of getting a late fee I logged back on to the CLC website only to find no way to cancel payment and the notation that the date you set up payment as the "date the biller receives payment". So frustrated....I call back and speak to a guy this time that says he sees that I called and made a promise to pay in one week.....WTF....no, I set up payment for tomorrow....where are you getting this week...I did not call with this promise to pay in a week...apparently the stupid lady I spoke with earlier decided to notate my account with misinformation. Unreal...

Harrassment to the max!!! How can we stop this. Last I knew payment on the day it is due is not a late payment! Leave me alone!!! I can't wait to get my car paid off! I will NEVER use or encourage anyone to use PNC!!!

U R correct that it's PNC. I did verbally tell them off since my payment was late and he argued with me so I called the bank here in Elkhart, IN. and spoke with Veronica and didn't get a whole lot done but she said she would make a call for me as I stated it is harassment and I would go over above and beyond all means to get this harassment stopped including using my phone records and statement date against them. I use the BBB and it really work's as you must prove everything as I do and I also use the attorney general when possible too. I am glad I closed all 4 account's with them as I won't put up with this kinda crap and nor should you.

I have an auto loan from PNC bank. They have harrassed me continually when my payment is not there by the due date, even though there is a 10 day grace period. It can be 1 day late and they call every hour. They are now calling even when the payment is on time. I told them off multiple times telling them that it is harrassment but still they continue!! NEVER GET A LOAN THROUGH THEM!!!
