Someone else may have just put your telephone number down as their contact info so they wouldn't get phone calls when they don't pay - have you told them to stop calling you or find out who they are trying to reach? Unless you do that they'll keep calling you and reporting them will do no good.
They supposedly settled a $400 tab with me, for $200, which I paid and the harassment ended for a month. Then it started again, with calls every hour. Every time I blocked them, they used another number. Finally, I picked up the phone and let them have it. They denied ever having settled and threatened me with all sorts of recrimination. Like an idiot, I hadn't obtained any written proof of the settlement offer, so I believe this is a method they use. They offer you a phony settlement, you don't obtain written proof, and then they fo after you for the balance. Kohl's sucks. I will never set foot in that store again.
This friggin number calls me about 6 times an hour for 2 weeks now! Starting at 7:30 am until 9pm~ and don't leave a message. Whats the deal with this... I went to the Kohls store ..the customer service gal there has no idea what I am referring to & my account is up to date... however I agree...STOP CALLING ME!!!!
Same here, several calls, no one on the other end. My complaint is fraudulent charges to the cellular phone bill and endless interruptions. This is harassment and must establish a method to block annoyance calls via cell "iphone". Suggestions greatly appreciated.Bottom line, I need some direction on how to STOP harassing, unfounded calls from (414) 257-2339.
