I would not attribute this to Wal-Mar or any other spacific carrier. I have had Verizon and Sprint and this number continues to find me.

I answered the call and it was a robot recording telling me I took a survey (I take lots of surveys but only from vetted firms and I never give this number out). When I would respond another canned answer came. At the end they said "Have a blessed day". Imagine it's some kind of political group.
