Rang twice. No one answered.

I have just received a call from a couple of minutes and same as the 1st description "A female on the line saying that i particapted in an online survey on the ipad and because i did that she was willing to walk me through a web site to recieve FREE gift cards and it is nothing but a scam"Plz take care .. I switched off my phone immediately

I believe she is saying "blessed day" rather than "black day" - same thing here - spam

Spoofed Numbers: Caution, 415-121-6432 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint here to fight back against unethical telemarketers.

That # calls my cell every day . I put the # on my reject call list .

This number calls then I answer and nobody talks back. This is really annoying

This is a scam: A lady calls (doesn't answer write away give her a second). she will ask you to go to her site for a $110 dollars in free walmart giftcards. Appears to be a real person having a conversation but it is definitely a machine. I know this because 'it' would repeat "hello" over and over again when I didn't answer the question. And also when I asked the name of the company again she just went on the the next statement. The machine goes as far as saying "please I only need to sign up two more people to get my bonus".Do yourself a favor JUST HANG UP! PHISHING SCAM

now calling on cell phone

I already have received 4 calls from this number today, not even at 9am!!!!!!!! what's wrong with them??? they started calling me at 6am in a Saturday!!!!!... Where do they get my number????I have a contact named "Spam" with hundreds of numbers there (literally!!), I found a silence ring tone that I assigned to that contact, for calls and texts... THAT'S ANNOYING!!!... I'm also using google voice now, you can get a free number, use it in your cellphone, and even filter and block calls... Now I use that number everytime I have to give my phone number to someone I don't know... ATT&T charges about $5 a month if you want to block callers, that's an abuse!! Some phones like the iphone allows you to do that, but AT&T just disabled that option to make you pay for that "service"... I'm changing my phone company as soon as I can...Is there something we can do to make these calls stop??? I am really sick of it!

Woman gave her name and company (I wasn't paying attention so I can't tell you what they were) and said something about a Walmart gift card. I didn't complete a survey, I told her. "Well someone in your household did," was her response. I know that's a bunch of [***] because that 'household' is just me and three big dogs, and last time I checked, they've never borrowed the cell phone in my pocket. I'd guess she's a telemarketer or a scam. Not sure, I hung up after telling her to take my number off of her list.I suspect that what I need to do is transfer much of my business activity to my Google number, then if they sell my list and I get a call, it will reach my cell phone via Google Voice. I block calls there all of the time - it's easy.
