I have gotten a few calls from this number in the past month. I've noticed that when I decline the call, they call back right away, but if I let it go to voicemail, they don't call back for a few days or weeks.

It's a scam from Communist Chinese regarding your illegal issue from Shanghai, China where you can't verify immediately from US. I received a phone call from this phone number this morning and reported to "Do Not Call Listing" office and asked them to investigate this scam as an international scam group. They called me on Saturday and I returned their call few minutes after that. The answering machine said its office is closed on weekend and asked me to call back on business day. God damned Communist Chinese. Never believe them.

Same as above. I never answer unknown numbers. They have called me many times, always in a Chinese Language. No clue, as I don't speak it. I am neither Chinese nor Chinese American. Scammer, I'm sure. Number is blocked now.

Second call this week from this number plus several others from, most likely, the same "person". Appears to be a robocall in Chinese (female voice). I never answer numbers I don't recognize. I don't understand Chinese (or whatever language it is) so have no idea why they're calling.

Some one call from this number said he is from Chinese Embassy. I am sure it is cheating call. so I stop its call.

Unknown caller no message left.

Have received several calls. All in Chinese (I assume though do not speak). Blocked all numbers. Tried texting first back to say wrong number but didn’t work. Numbers so far: (415) 852-5469, (415) 852-5344, (415) 852-5341. First messages from male voice. Once blocked, female voice on subsequent messages.

Keep receiving these calls a couple times a day. Totally a scam but just super annoying. People are really creepy these days. Blocked all the #'s they call from. I think if you press 7 during the recording it will transfer you to a live person. I told him to F off and he hung up.

Got a call today, I did not recognize the number so did not answer. No VM was left. I have absolutely nothing to do with China or the consulate.

I got this call on last Friday, it is the telecom fraud that used Chinese Consulate phone number, the target is Chinese people. Reported to the local police Dept.
