These people are relentless. I generally pick up the phone and immediately hang up but I'm thinking of getting nasty with them in an effort to get them to stop.
I received a call from this number on September 1, 2009 at 7:52pm...showed up as 416-233-0047 Unknown Name. Answered it and it was a hang up...
Yes,I just got a call form this number,he asked for me by my full name and said it was a survey for RBC satisfaction,about the help you get from them on day to day activity at your branch and how was the customer service you receive.
Received a call from the number 416 233 0047 September 5th, 2009 @ 10am pst. Answered it, no response so I hung up.
Please do not call.... not interested in wasting my time running for the phone when I am waiting for an important phone call.... this has happened several time in the last few weeks, I thought it had stopped...:( from months ago..) if the Royal Bank does not get a handle on this, I will leave their business due to harrasment.

asked for my husband by his first name. When I said he wasn't here and offered to take a message, the caller who was female said no message and that she was conducting a customer satisfaction survey and that she would call back at a different time to reach my husband. whatever.
You know what? I have done everything for telemarketers to stop calling and they wont listen nothing work..I am on the do not call list, threaten them that i was going to get the police involed in this and everything. The police wont do anything and they still call. what gets on my nerves is that they call three time right after another holding up your phoen so nobody else get the chance to get through. something needs to be done about this. I could understand that some people do the surveys, but some poeple dont and when your name is on the do not call list means dont call. it doesnt mean to call your house like 5 times. I have prove that in one day they called my house 5 times in one day. I have kids and i am not always home.. like hello get the hint...
