omg this website is so confusing, what is what and who is who? Is it grocery gateway canadian foods shop co or something... this is such a mess. seems like a whole bunch random bashing going on here...

I am in the same situation as you Vera, since Sept I've been trying to get my full order and have had nothing but problems and excuses. I've filed with the BBB as well as the Ministry of Consumer Protection. I've left messages and sent email but finally today I received a phone call from Brad... 416-439-3836 is the number you need to call. I didn't get an email address from him, didn't think quick enough. I was told that my order had been shipped last night to Thunder Bay... we'll see what happens. :(

If brads on the page he's not gonna help. He's one of ten people who took your money and ran. I live in a co-op, he lives in a beautiful home with a jacuzzi.

We also contac a lawyer this week we did ,t not receive the reste of the oders and the foods that they short us.we pay 5500.00 and receive about a 1200.00 of food maby if that is. When we call they lie and say a date so we sadup. But it not true de foods never comme in we are out of foods and needs to do grocerie.

Looking at all that is written on this site about grocery gateway or something, it reminds me of a highschool gossip session. How do I even know any of this is even actual customers, what if all that is written on here is a bunch of hugely exaggerated stories with everyone trying to make comments to get other people's attention. Well I guess this little post is just that but still how much people exaggerate things on the internet compared with reality is epic. If McDonald has 30,000 customers going to different franchises 300 of them could of had a bad enough experience to get pissed off and write angry things. 10 of them might have gotten some quality service of which who would actually be happy enough to write something about. So this is what makes this site interesting.

Ya i been trying to call from 9 in the morning nobody enswer the phone i left. A message every hour hope they will get the message but made stop payment until my food comme in. Wich i don,t tink it will arrive.

I also had many issues with the Grocery Group. Julia was the only person who helped me. I called repeatedly for her and emailed, finally someone told me that she no longer works for the company. Once I heard that, I cancelled. There isn't a person at the place with an ounce of integrity. I've seen her name on here, and wanted to let you all know that she isn't with them any longer-and I believe it's because she truly cared about the customers and recognized that the company was a total scam-and got out! Now when I call the number about the return of my deposit-it's just a machine most of the time. I am driving into TO to get my money back on Monday-and will post what I find.
