I wanted to say that grocery group did give me most of my second part of the meat order.They will work with you if you call and tell them you have a problem.I think it is a good idea if they tell customers exactly the weight of the meat order been delivered. That way if a consumer is informed of the weight they can decide if this is the right amount for their family size. I am satisfied with their efforts and they did listen to my complaints. I did not write the complaint in aug 2012. Just the complaint in feb 2012.

Grocery Gateway is a reputable on-line grocery delivery where you choose what you are purchasing against the current price and at the end you can review and adjust your "shopping cart" tally is before you complete the order and pick your delivery time. Grocery Gateway is associated with Longos and is an awesome tool for busy families.Having had the experience of being a happing Grocery Gateway customer, I did an order with The Grocery Group thinking it would be even more convenient and should be less expensive - the concept is good. Comparison however against the two: my same order with Grocery Gateway would have been 45% less expensive through Grocery Gateway. Make your own decicision but don't confuse the two.

I dont know of too many ex emplyees who have a good word to say about their former employees. Although i have never dealt with them for groceries I personally know one of there employees and he is an honest and hard working young man who is very happy working there. Also, i'm sure they probably have something to say about your work ethics but they have to much class to do so on a webpage...move on and get another job and lose the bitterness.

Has anyone noticed how many complaints have been removed?? Why is this?? ...The owners of the company namely Ron and Shelley Atkinson-Gaal do not want you to see the complaints. Cancel your orders within 10 days or they will bury you in court. They are changing the name of the company this week and have no intention of honouring any orders they have contracted you to under the name The Grocery Group.

I dont understand why all you people are complaining about receiving calls from a company when you are on the NO CALL LIST. I get calls from many different companies...maybe there really is NO such thing as a NO CALL LIST, maybe thats the scam to make us feel like our number is protected. Besides there are numerous ways to get someones phone number. Years ago we would just answer the phone and politely say "im not interested" rather than get on the internet and start bashing a company for trying to obtain customers. Furthermore this world is full of miserable people that cannot be satisfied. I have work in customer service and believe me no matter how much you go out of your way there is no pleasing some people...If you have dealt with any company and you are not satisfied the first thing to do is to reach out to the company...NOT reach out to the internet. Im sure there are people out there who dont like YOU as a person. Wouldnt it bother you if they got on the internet and told the world how they felt..Chances are by the end of the day you would have more bad reviews than good..And NO i do not work for the GROCERY GROUP, just voicing my opinion...which I have the right to do.

Is this the same Kat that used to work for Ps Shop at Home Foods and left because of having an affair with Ron Gaal??? Just wondering
