Hello Katrina/The Grocery Group Manager,So much for your "best customer service". I purchased an order from your company in February 2012. My order came to $4800.00 and when it's was delivered I received a lot of food. After dissecting my order, I cross checked my order against my delivery invoice. My discovery was that my order form was in kilogram and the delivery invoice was in pounds. After doing the math and conversions I ended up missing a lot of food not including the back orders that I didn't receive on top of that.I advised the company right away of my discrepancies and then spent the next two months trying to get my order fixed. I was given nothing but the run around and shuffled from person to person. I got no where and everyone said they would look into it but never did. Eventually The Grocery Group stop returning my phone calls and stopped replying to my emails. I then contacted my Lawyer who sent a letter to your company asking to reply to me and reimburse me for my missing food. To much of our surprise The Grocery Group did NOT reply to the letter our lawyer sent. A few months ago I was completely shocked when I received a phone call from one of your telemarketers. After the agent told me of the deal I told him I was already a client and the issues that I have and the difficulties I have had to try to get my order fixed. The agent told me he would look into it for me and have a manager get back to me. As usual no one got back to me. Surprise, surprise!! For a company who replies on word of mouth for thier on going business I don't think that this is an appropriate customer service way of dealing with clients.So my question to you is, "Is this how you treat your customer by guaranteeing them your service and product only to short change them hoping that they won't do the math, then rob them of their hard earned money?"
With you on this..actually started as SHOPCO, then CANADIAN FINE FOODS and GROCERY GROUP and now changing the name again as we speak. Will find out what it is and let you all in on the big unveiling soon.
Wow Kat...really good, it only took you from Jan to August to respond...that's REALLY good customer service! What a joke you are...Shelley's (the owner of Grocery Group)best friend..no wonder your trying to do damage control...don't believe a word of what she says! LOSER!!! Stop payment people cause you won't see your orders!
Hey Kat..I mean Nicki...nice try...nobody who's ever ordered from Grocery Group aka Canadian Fine Foods aka Shopco has ever been happy...they've all complained and that's why Ron and Shelley Atkinson-Gaal have to change the name a fourth time...but I'm sure you knew this already Kat..I mean Nicki
Are you trying to say they care about their employees Kat??...Who the hell are you trying to kid..they just ripped most of us off with bounced paycheque after bounced paycheque and my son and I now have to move because RON and SHELLEY ATKINSON-GAAL haven't paid us for a month's work...they had no food in the warehouse and no warehouse workers because they didn't pay the suppliers either..all February and right into March there was nothing being packed and shipped because there was no food to be packed and shipped...And anyone reading this should know that KAT HAUCH is the owner Shelley's best friend and is not an employee of Grocery Group but was only there for a few months to delete negative comments about the company online and lie about what a great company they are...she was paid well and is no longer there because she knew the company was going under and they are now changing the name a fourth time...
Oh Kat/Grocery Group Manager...you are simply a joke and a bold faced liar! The prior post is 100% true and correct. Anyone who does a little research will find that all those names, including Ontario Fine Foods based out of Markham are indeed owned by the same scum...namely Ron Gall and Shelley Atkinson-Gall. You were "hired" and I use that term VERY loosely, to simply do damage control because time once again has caught up with these heartless morons. Interesting to note as well that you are indeed Shelley's(the owner) best friend and drinking party gal. The Galls can't keep ripping innocent unsuspecting people off, and get away with it. Time IS catching up with this garbage, and karma is indeed going to be knocking on their door!

The food and service we have received has been excellent, I did read some of these comments before purchasing but was referred by a co-worker and she assured me that she was happy so I took the chance and do not regret it. I am truly happy with the food and with the service, I will be ordering again when it comes time. First time in ages I have not run out of cereal, the boys are thrilled.
