Harassing/Stalking calls from morning til night, every single day. If you answer it and try to talk to someone you get put on hold by a Robot, as if it is an inconvenient time for them to be calling me and waste more of my time!

This number calls me every two hours, everyday including Sunday. The message is in Spanish and I have no ideal what they are saying!!! I have never had an account with Home Depot as some of the posts suggest the calls come from there!!!

Yep, it is Home Depot. Forgot to pay last month...my bad. But. they DO call MANY times in a day.

This number called 5 times yesterday and 4 times today. The caller ID says Citi. Fortunately it's calling on my Comcast phone number which was part of a "package" and that number is not actually used so the only way I knew about this is because the phone number shows up on my TV and then I have to check it on the computer. The name they said they were calling was most certainly NOT our name and since we have no account with Citi connected with Home Depot, it's obviously not for us.

I started getting messages from 423-467-6123 on my home phone. I had about 23 in one day, possibly at least 100 or even more by this date, April 18, 2015. It just started about a week ago. It shows the message is from Citi, start off in Spanish and then in English, looking for a Latino female. The same recording each time a message is left, looking for this same Latino female (I'm not Latino & had this number since last year ). This is definitely is an automation calling service that have gone berserk & a scam.

They are calling from Home Depot and they think I am someone else and have me on auto dial. It is painful

423-467-6123 - Debt Collections for the CITI Bank HOME DEPOT Credit CardThey call every 1-2 hours and only between 11AM and 7PM, when the card holder they need to speak to is not home (in our case anyway).I've seen many reports about this number online now where after cancelling a transaction, this number continues to call trying to get the now non-existent balance from you for the cancelled transaction. Then when you tell them the transaction was cancelled and there should be no balance, not only do they not concede to the fact they were wrong, but they add late fees.As someone who used to work for Home Depot, I can tell you as far as they're concerned this is par for the course.

I have been getting 5 - 8 calls a day from Citi regarding home depot account. I am not the person they asked for in recorded message but they keep calling. I have no account or business with them and have tried to indicate that but they keep calling. They are driving me nuts.
