I get calls from this number and a few others ALL DAY AND NIGHT at my home phone, my cell phone, my work phone... and I know I owe money too, but they are not getting it until I am able to fork it over. and it will go to credit cards, not collection agencies (assuming that's what this is??) when I called it back, its a recording for "call center" or "answering center" or something and it states the mailbox is full.

I have not been called (yet) by this number, but E R Solutions, Inc. sent me a collection letter for a debt which is not mine. The name on the letter is similar to mine, but not even the same as mine. The Creditor listed is not even a company I have done business with. Even if I had done business it would have to have been 4+ years ago, as they do not do business where I currently live.I am furious with E R Solutions, Inc. and plan to complain to the WA State Licensing; Collection Agency Board.

Since 2009 I have been repetedly called with hangups, wrong names, unavailable no number and not able to block this one and 0000000000 on ID. I have a list of numbers several called after I blocked them and I called Qwest and they verified I was called after blocking. They blocked those numbers for me and reported them. For future calls from 000 000 0000 no name I can call #77 to block. Now Im getting the same woman speaking in alien tounge asking for what sounds like an Arabic, Mexican or made up name and says to stay on the line if I am and someone else comes on. My machine answers all calls saving me from talking to these ignorant people. It is my right to not deal with anyone at my door or telephone. E R Solutions is a bottom feeding, type agency with an [***] at the front call desk. Crash and burn 425 562 3315 and all the rest of their tenticles.

I agree about Todd Friedman in California. He is very good and I had good documentation of the calls and recorded all of them. He helped me stop four companies from calling my number since I was NOT the person for whom they were looking.

We have been receiving calls also but it was due to a fraudulent activity against our family, several years ago (2005). We are working through AT&T but the calls continue

I'm fed up with these people too. I've had a rough year in that I have breast cancer. Even with insurance, the cost of surgery, chemo, radiation and the mountain of drugs they require you to take has cost me everything I have. I maintain an apartment, car payment and other miscellaneous bills. Before things got bad and I fell behind, I tried 6 times to acquire a consolidation (this was jsut before the news came out about the banks going to the government for a "bail out"). They all told me maybe at a later time. Now that I am behind in my credit cards, the companies want to act like true [***]. I use to feel bad about not being able to pay, but now I'm kind of pissed (to put it lightly). I'm not on any government assistance and I do pay my taxes. I wonder if the government will bail me out???? I pray that I can get to a point where I can start paying them again, but it's looking bleak. I just pray that I can keep my job now. Are the banks having to pay back ANY of the money they keep asking for? Trust me, the tax payers will dayum well end up paying for it. The cost of living continues to go up as well as my rent, gas, groceries. It is not an option to stop taking my cancer meds (trust me I tried). Of course the cost of meds go up every year. Sorry this is long, just totally frustrated and angry.

who are these ppl? i got a call from the number it was a recording asking me to verify my name and then it hung up, i found them through this site but there doesn't seem to be a way to break through to someone no matter which of their numbers i dial... i just paid on a number of debts i had hanging over me and i have no idea what they would be calling me about
