THEY SAID THE SAME THING TO ME. A LADY RUDELY SAID THAT THEY DID NOT CALL MY NUMBER AND ASKED IF IT MAY HAVE BEEN A DIFFERANT PHONE WHEN I HAD REDIAL ON A MISSED CALL. WOW! THIS COMPANY IS REDICULOUS AND I DONT EVEN KNOW WHY THEY CALLED

Hey guys, just trying to see if there's a common thread here. Have any of you been victim of ID theft ? Are you all WAMU customers ?

Actually the FDCPA requires that request to be in writing.... My agency honors a verbal request, but that is not typical.Steven

I got a call from the company in question tonite on my phone and they are representing AT&T. Turns out they are legit in ways but their reps leave alot to be desired. We had a cussing match on the phone. I won't be sending the collection agency a dime as AT&T admitted they didn't send me my first bill they were suppose to ... only a partial month so they are crediting it off. Don't send this company a penny and be super careful giving them your information. They had an invalid address on me in a town I never lived in. They don't have all their information right.

These guys call my home phone and my wife's cell phone day in and day out. They, as stated, do not leave messages and no way to contact them back. Also, if they are debt collectors, then they must send you a letter within 30 days of the first contact. The name given in the above posts is not a name I have in a letter. You try and call back and the call is answered by Audex. If they want to talk to me so badly you would think they would leave a message!!!!

I get a mix of their calls, either from this number or their other number, which is 1-800-320-9347. They never leave voicemails or anything, they just keep randomly calling at all times. Using AT&T, just got this new cell phone and number, so I'm assuming, whoever had my number last had problems.

This number calls my cell even though I am on the do not call listing. I think it is from Bellevue WA. T- mobile??

have been getting calls regularly from this number for the last 2 weeks...i answered the first few times...i always answer my phone, but now i've quit.. . there was silence on the other end...i got nervous about it..i felt like i was being stalked....this week i ordered caller id and the message center...right after installation, i received 2 more calls...they rang the number of times required for the message center to pick up...they left no messages...it's a shame creeps can get away with this kind of crap... ruining your freedom to answer your own phone! i found this site when trying to find the area code location... now i join the crowd of angry other souls sick of these creeps! i hope they read these comments! This site better not be part of the scam... i will sue!

this is ER solutions...and they just don't buy old debts...I have a current card with Credit One Bank that I'm probably 90 days behind on and they sent me(er solutions) a letter saying my minium balance is 60.00 to please send it to Credit One Bank. The card is still active and not closed.

They've called 3 times today alone and don't leave a message. I tried calling it back and got a busy signal. I'm glad (?) others are having the same probem - I don't feel so alone
