Diane, you do know that if you try to make a payment to someone and they refuse, you no longer have to pay it because you tried to make an offer to pay it but it got refused. I don't know what law it is called but I remember reading that in history class years ago. Call a lawyer and get some advice on it, and I hope you have that call recorded. Also E R Solutions handles claims for the crackhead bank called Key Bank. A place that I deposited $700 into my account, 2 days later wrote a check for $200 and used my debit card for $36 and said I overdrafted. Heck, I even had a positive balance of over $400 when I got the notice in the mail and looked it up on my online banking page. Now I never got a degree in mathmatics, but it didn't sound right to me, and they wouldn't do anything about it when I filed a complaint about it. Now they have this E R Solutions place after me. I do not answer calls from numbers I am not familiar with, and this one didn't even leave a message the last three times it called. Previously it was about me owing money on a credit card. I have not had a credit card in over fifteen years. DUH!!!!!

Although I have missed the calls from this number, if it's ER solutions, they used to call me on another number all the time. They claim I owe money for Sprint. Well, if I do, that's between me and Sprint. I do not need ER solutions calling me up to twice a day for the next month. I am going to try and get this number blocked, I guess.

Hey Pissed, I tried the *67 call and couldn't get it too work. I am so fed up with these jerks calling me five and six times a day. I with there were a way I could block their number. If you have any ideas let me know.

Well at least they talked to you. I can't even get them to talk even when I do finally answer their call. This is ridiculous. I may have debts to pay, but I do pay them. I don't even have a credit card.

Just start reading passages from the Bible when these calls come in. Not only will you be spreading good words, you will also be preventing them from asking you for personal information. If they do happen to ask for your ss#, just say 123-456-7890. That ought to put a stop to it. Good luck.
