Wrong. I was receiving the same calls. They were from 3 different states. The police were very helpful and it was 3 different police departments. I was not only helped but, 1 of the police departments actually arrested the person while making more calls from their home. DO NOT just assume because your police department did not help you, they are all like that. With how harsh you were in your comments. Maybe, it was your attitude, or maybe you did not keep enough recordings, or records for the police to follow. But, I thank those three police departments very much. They were Coral Springs police department in Florida, then they referred me to the Silverlake, Mn. police, who then referred me to then State police. They were all very helpful and called back. So I am sorry you had trouble, but, do not doubt all the police departments because you had a bad experience.

Gotten calls from this company several times. Most times I don't answer, but did just now. It was some recording saying to hold and then went straight to a live person. She just answered with hello (I used to work in a call center, and that is not how you properly answer a phone lol) and then asked for some person named Kerri with my (very uncommon) last name and I told her she didn't live here. I know they've called before because another time I answered, a recording asked for the same person and I told them she didn't live here then, too.

they keep calling me for a bill that does not belong to me. It belongs to my sons. they call me at home, at work and never leave a message. They are v ery pushy and rude. I finally just started hanging up on them after talking to them does not work. I

Received a call from 425-562-3215 for my mother's checking account which is with Washington Mutual. I am on her account and the person on the other line was asking my mother to bring her account current with a visa or mastercard over the phone. I told my mother to give me the phone and I inquired what this was about and proceeded to tell this rude person I was paying it current either later this afternoon or tomorrow. She said the account had been closed and Washington Mutual would not accept the funds. She also proceeded to say the only way to pay it was over the phone with a visa or mastercard. I told her I didn't know who she was and am not giving her information over the phone. She put me on hold and put a lead supervisor on the phone who said the same thing. I asked him for their mailing address if Washington Mutual wouldn't accept the payment and he said all transactions are handled over the phone. I told him I would walk into Washington Mutual branch and he hung up on me.Needless to say I went just got back from Washington Mutual branch; funds to bring account current was accepted, and I mentioned to supervisor about the call I received. I gave her the 425-562-3215 number. I have to say this appears to be unfair collection practices and am going to look into it.

This call went to my voicemail and an automated male voice said, "please hold, the party trying to reach you has an important message for you". After repeating this 3 times, a human, male voice came on and said, "hello" (must have figured out it was voicemail), sighed and disconnected the call.
