these people call my cell phone ON MY DAY TIME MINUTES!!! I have no idea how they got my number and I don't have any accounts w washington mutual or imagine cards or ER...I never talked to a person and they never leave a message. I tried to have the number blocked- but unfortunately I can't- I would have to change my phone number :( I wish there was another way!!

This company keeps calling my cell about a bill that they say i owe on. They did tell me it was for a car i bought. The only car i have is a 2009 HHR. and the bank i deal with is right here in new your state not 2 hours away from me.. This company if from down south somewhere.

That is this people calling my phone all the time. I don't know who it is. Help.

They have been calling for a month or more. I never answer. They never leave a message. They call my home phone and my cell. I do not owe anyone anything. I called and the company name is ER solutions. After being forwarded, I found out they were a collection agency that takes accounts. When I asked them to hold a second they put me on hold to wait. A class action lawsuit would be a good idea to stop them.

This company is AR solutions (Debt Recovery firm) They are hired as an agent for telpehone companies...ie. QWEST, AT&T, T Mobile etc. If you owe an outstanding bill or have owed an outstanding bill this is what it is.This bill was from 5 years ago, was QWEST fault for not turning off services when we moved. They left our number on for 2 months when someone else moved into to our old place and their daughter ran up the phone bill for 600.00 in our name. Tried suing the company and the people that moved in, its still in litigation and we are still liable for this account--- We are filing bankruptcy so no one gets a dime.

I just got a call from my son saying these [***] have been calling him for me for over 2 months now. When I just tried to call them today (9-8-2010), I get a message that Due to the high call volume no one can take my call and to leave a message. When I go to leave a message it says I can leave one because the mail box is full for that person. Why in the hell hasn't anyone stopped these creeps once and for all?

We've gotten several of these calls. They are from ER Solutions. They tell us that they are a debt collection agency. They tell us that we missed a payment on our US Bank card and that they now own our account and we have to pay them which is false. I called US Bank and verified they recieved all our payments and that we were in good standing with them. US Bank also informed me that if they had a problem their in house debt department would be handling the situation and not some outside collection agency. We have also noticed that this company has requested our credit report which we did not give them permission to do and I believe it is illegal. We are filing a complaint with FTC about this company. We will also be sending them a certified letter telling them to leave us alone or legal actions will be taken.

My grandchild is getting calls from this number. Twice a day at the same time. The child of course has no debts. This should be illegal.

I recently was involved in a scam before with a company known as eastwood financial service. I had to go through a lot to get everything of mine changed. It was a nightmare. Everything has been fine, at least i thought. I changed my cell number and now it seems they got a hold of this one. They called me from 425-562-3215. It is a recording asking for my name and if its me to go through a list of prompts but never to a direct person to speak too. They have called me but spoke to my mom, wouldn't say who they were and I told my mom not to answer any info about me.

I keep getting a call from these guys, I let it go right to voice mail, and the name they have isn't even my last name, it is my first name but not last, and the recording has a British accent to it. Will look into that NACA number
