this is really annoying. these people call me like atleast once everyday.At first i ignored them.I just answerd one of their calls a few minutes ago. they say i owe someone money or something.IM 13 YEARS OLD I DONT OWE ANYONE ANYTHING. I DONT EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD. it would be nice if someone could make them stop.
If you do not answer the phone but instead screen it through the answering machine - they are not required to speak at all. But if they do speak with a person, they are required to identify who they are by name, organization, and intent of call within the first two minutes of the call (Federal Law). If you ask them who they are, they are required to answer truthfully right then.

This number shows up on my caller ID often and if we answer, no one is there and they don't leave messages. Very annoying. I have reported it several times now.
I agree with the post above! Same age and everything! I dont have a credit card and the calls started August 20th, at 12:25 p.m.. Apparently, since my phone has location on it, the calls are coming from Bellevue, WA. I'm all the way on the opposite coast! I do not answer the calls, but next time they do call, I oughta give them a peice of my mind.
When I get the name and person calling, I am suing for sure.I hate jerks that do this.Oh and by the way, I owe nothing.I Pay cash for everything or just don't but it.
