I got calls years ago from someone just as rude as your caller. Fed up with the way she was talking to me, I suddenly said "you must be a very unhappy, ugly, and lonely person to talk to people in such a way. Because misery loves company. There was silence on her end for a few seconds and then a click. Sometimes you just have to stoop the their level to get them off your back. She, nor anyone else ever called again.

Just an FYI - Spoke to T-Mobile Financial Care rep. They said ER Solutions IS a internal collections agency for T-Mobile and it goes to them before it goes to full collections. The T-Mo rep said he could only do certain things, but you can always TRY to work something out with ER Solutions.
