most cell phones have auto reject put them on your reject list and you wont be botherd with them anymore and do they really think in this day and age people are going to give out their ssn# over the phone really NOT EVER GOING TO HAPPEN suck it easy jerks

I got calls years ago from someone just as rude as your caller. Fed up with the way she was talking to me, I suddenly said "you must be a very unhappy, ugly, and lonely person to talk to people in such a way. Because misery loves company. There was silence on her end for a few seconds and then a click. Sometimes you just have to stoop the their level to get them off your back. She, nor anyone else ever called again.

Number calls and I do answer but there is no one on the line.Today I picked up after 3 rings,kept saying hello and no one again!

Just an FYI - Spoke to T-Mobile Financial Care rep. They said ER Solutions IS a internal collections agency for T-Mobile and it goes to them before it goes to full collections. The T-Mo rep said he could only do certain things, but you can always TRY to work something out with ER Solutions.
