Caller ID said Microsoft asking for several people that no longer work for our company. I know one of them worked in our IT department. They apologized & hung up.
Have a missed call and a voicemail from this number... after reading the comments, I'm afraid to check it!
They took a purchase out of my bank account Xbox life...no permission so I called...I ordered Xbox live for grandson Wrk 30 days an stopped...this was over 4 months ago..next thing I know they ate charging my acct 24.99 without permission. .they left this number on my bank acct....sad but I will never do it again..They told my son a crazy story good we have called so it can be corrected..I had to run into appt told him 7 days to reverse this not allowed deduction..Calling bank tomorrow they just took this deduction yesterday,an funny part we still have no Xbox live...
Just listened to the voicemail... Paulette from Microsoft looking for flags that my company produces. My company does not produce flags, and the call was to my personal cell phone. It was a real person leaving the message, but I'm thinking it's most likely spam.
This was from Microsoft to participate in a usability study, which i signed up for last year.
Its Microsoft play test #'if you applied once to be a game tester than they called to let you know there's a game coming out, and they just wanna see if you are interested, pick up and do not be afraid :D
